In this webinar Merimeri Anania and Tyler Te Kiri explored ideas about how global citizenship education resonates with Māori as tangata whenua, where Indigenous education fits in global citizenship education and what it might look like in the classroom. The relationships Māori have with land and what this means in terms of 'citizenship' were discussed. The big idea of 'connection' was apparent throughout the webinar.
